Goal: PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi asked 6 innovation fellows, along with select leaders from PepsiCo and Continuum Innovation to generate several concepts and products in order to address what she believes are some of PepsiCo’s most important areas of focus.

Result: Over a 10 week period our team developed three finalized concepts, each of which targeted a direct business challenge posed by Ms. Nooyi and presented them to her and her senior leadership team. Unfortunately, the results of the project are proprietary and confidential. Fortunately, the experience I gained from working with some of the brightest minds in the industry is very much still with me and can not be hindered by confidentiality.

My Role: As one of 6 innovation fellows, I worked in conjunction with teammates from Continuum Innovation and PepsiCo. Together, we used principles from design thinking like ethnography and empathy to create the end products and present them to Ms. Nooyi and her team.
